Keep people productive by resolving device, account, and access issues quickly, and by building the tooling and documentation that prevents those issues from recurring. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role operating within the standards set by the DevOps/Security function. Key responsibilities End-user & workplace support. Own the day-to-day ticket queue: triage, resolve, and track requests; escalate to the right vendor when needed; keep users informed until closure. Device lifecycle. License & tooling administration. Maintain an inventory of SaaS licenses and tools, reclaim unused seats (especially on offboarding), and flag unmanaged/shadow IT. Security hygiene support. Support endpoint baseline compliance, MFA enrollment, and the operational side of security-awareness campaigns (e.g. Zepo), under the direction of the security owner. Explicitly out of scope Network and security architecture; vendor SLA negotiation and contract decisions; disaster-recovery ownership; and security policy definition.
