This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocationsCoordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for flawless execution.Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery.Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and milestones to stakeholders.Facilitate meetings, presentations, and status updates with cross-functional teams.Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and quality standards.Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.QualificationsAssociate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.3-5 years of experience managing IT projects (software, infrastructure, or systems).PMP or a Project Management certification preferred.Proven experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in cloud migration and Student Information Systems (SIS) implementation projects.Budgeting and financial tracking experience.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Onsite at Newtown Campus.Salary Range $70,000 - $85,000 (Commensurate with background and experience)Application Apply online at: https://bucks.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/BCCCApplications must consist of a letter of application addressing this specific position and the candidate’s interest and qualifications for coming to Bucks County Community College, resume/CV, and a list of five professional references.
