About the position: We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide excellent support to end users in a fast-paced environment. What you will do Provide daily IT support to employees: diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and access issues Prepare, maintain, and configure IT equipment (laptops, peripherals, mobile devices) for new and existing employees Set up and maintain network connections and devices Manage and support MDM solutions on at least two of the three major operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment (user management, licenses, Outlook, Teams, etc.) Work with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence Set up and maintain meeting rooms (hardware, conferencing systems, Teams/Zoom integration, AV equipment) Continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of internal IT operations Explore and apply AI tools to streamline IT support and internal processes (e.g. building scripts or lightweight apps with AI assistance, automating repetitive tasks) Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with end users and team members Job requirements 3+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations Good understanding of networking fundamentals Hands-on experience with MDM tools (any platform) Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and/or macOS operating systems Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Atlassian products Comfortable using AI tools in daily work, and building simple applications or automations with AI assistance Interest in or experience integrating AI solutions with existing systems and tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and within a team What We Offer Work that Matters: millions of people trust Proton with their privacy.
