This role leads the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Jira to support business workflows, project delivery, service management, software development, and operational excellence.The Jira Manager serves as the primary owner of the Jira ecosystem, ensuring the platform is scalable, secure, well-governed, and aligned to business needs. This position partners closely with IT, PMO, Engineering, Service Management, and business stakeholders to drive adoption, automate processes, improve reporting, and maximize value from Jira and related tools such as Confluence and Jira Service Management.What You’ll Do: Platform Strategy & GovernanceOwn the overall strategy, roadmap, and operational health of the Jira platform.Establish governance standards, administration practices, and configuration controls to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance.Define and maintain platform policies for workflows, permissions, issue types, schemes, dashboards, automation, and integrations.Partner with leadership to align Jira capabilities with organizational priorities and transformation initiatives.Evaluate new features, plugins, and enhancements to improve platform value and end-user experience.Administration & ConfigurationOversee day-to-day administration of Jira, including projects, workflows, screens, fields, permissions...
