CI&T is seeking a senior Data MDM Architect to join an embedded engagement with a leading U.S.-based client operating at the intersection of ESG advisory and carbon credit trading. The client manages complex, high-volume data across multiple integrated platforms to support both enterprise sustainability consulting and financial trading operations. As data volumes, integration complexity, and regulatory expectations grow, the need for a unified, authoritative data architecture has become a strategic priority — making this role critical to the client's next phase of growth.
In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor and hands-on architect, designing and governing the "golden source of truth" for counterparties, products, and contacts across a multi-platform ecosystem. This is not a purely strategic position — you will be expected to engage directly with US-based technical leadership, conduct architectural discovery, produce deliverables, and make consequential decisions independently. You will cover the full data lifecycle: ingestion, cleansing, MDM, integration patterns, governance, and reporting — ensuring every layer of the architecture is correct, scalable, and resilient from day one.
