As a Site Scheduler, you will collaborate across multiple functions to create achievable production schedules, optimize resource utilization, and help deliver operational excellence.This is a fully site-based role. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role-related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.What you will doCreate and maintain short-term production schedules that provide clear visibility and support efficient execution of manufacturing plans.Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Development, and Value Chain Management teams to ensure schedules reflect current priorities, material availability, and operational constraints.Optimize production schedules by balancing customer demand, manufacturing priorities, labour availability, and equipment capacity.Resolve scheduling conflicts proactively by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to minimize disruption.Maintain planning and scheduling parameters within the planning system to support effective scheduling and continuous improvement.Generate and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, support root cause analysis, and improve planning performance.Convert planned orders into process orders while ensuring planning data remains accurate and up to date.What we are looking forA Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.Entry-level experience or knowledge in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Operations, or Manufacturing.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.Experience using planning, scheduling, ERP, or manufacturing systems is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across cross-functional teams.A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability...
