M9 Solutions is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active TS/SCI clearance is required. Responsibilities Support an Enterprise AI team with gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for AI‐enabled solutions, ensuring alignment with mission needs and IT standards. Assist Solution Architects in mapping business processes to AI opportunities. Conduct initial research on emerging AI tools, technologies, and best practices relevant to federal missions, producing concise summaries and recommendations. Participate in user interviews, workshops, and requirements‐elicitation activities; develop draft process maps, functional requirements, and workflow documentation. Help evaluate AI solution prototypes by coordinating user feedback sessions, capturing observations, and supporting refinement activities. Support development of AI governance artifacts, including data quality checklists, model documentation templates, and compliance tracking logs. Assist with preparing briefing materials, technical memos, and status reports for leadership, stakeholders, and governance boards. Perform basic data analysis tasks, such as validating datasets, reviewing data quality findings, and preparing structured inputs for model testing. Maintain documentation repositories, ensuring version control, accessibility, and updates to system requirements, process diagrams, and reference materials. Collaborate with cybersecurity, privacy, legal, and acquisition teams to ensure AI solutions comply with federal policy, security standards, and responsible AI guidelines. Provide coordination and administrative support for AI CoE meetings, demonstrations, working groups, and client engagement events. Required Skills and Qualifications TS/SCI security clearance. At least 1 year of related experience. Strong communication skills. Data analytic experience.
