We are seeking an organized, motivated, and passionate Junior Project Manager to join our team of talented and inspiring colleagues in a fast-paced environment. As a Junior Project Manager, you will support strategic initiatives across the organization by leading projects from concept through execution. This is a unique opportunity to help build Medsien's project management function while partnering with leaders across Operations, Clinical Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Learning & Development, Compliance, and other departments. You will be responsible for developing project plans from the ground up, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving accountability, managing timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate challenges before they arise. You enjoy bringing structure to complex initiatives, thinking beyond the immediate task, and connecting the dots across teams to achieve shared organizational goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoys solving problems, and can balance day-to-day execution with a strategic, big-picture mindset. Qualifications / Desired Skills 3+ years of experience in project management or project coordination. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution. Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and solve problems independently. A strategic thinker who can see the big picture while maintaining strong attention to detail. Comfortable building project plans, processes, and documentation from the ground up.
