The Transformation Office is responsible for translating strategic priorities into a value-driven transformation portfolio and orchestrating portfolio execution through a strategic Programme Management Office (PMO). The team ensures effective governance across steering, demand management, design, and delivery while providing holistic, outcome-oriented reporting on the Bank’s change portfolio.The Transformation Office also supports the Digital Business Transformation (DBT) unit in strategic communications to the Group Wealth Management Committee (GWMC), Executive Board (ExB), and Board of Directors (BoD). In addition, the team contributes to key strategic initiatives, including the DBT strategy, AI strategy, and the Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) programme.YOUR CHALLENGEDrive and coordinate communications for the Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) programme, including monthly achievements updates, website enhancements, roadmap maintenance, and benefits trackingSupport the development of strategic initiatives, including AI Strategy and communications for the Executive Board and Board of DirectorsDesign and execute a comprehensive communication plan to support AI adoption and engagement across the organisationCreate high-quality presentations, reports, and executive communications for senior stakeholdersContribute to broader Transformation Office priorities and strategic projects as requiredYOUR PROFILEBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantageInitial exposure to banking, wealth management, consulting, strategy, or transformation initiatives through internships, work experience, or academic projectsStrong academic track recordTechnology-savvy with a strong interest in digital innovation and AIExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholdersCreative thinker capable of developing compelling narratives and communication conceptsStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlinesCollaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentFluent in English; German is a strong advantageWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
