Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsOfficeJob DescriptionThermo Fisher Scientific offers the scale, reach, and mission-driven work to make a meaningful impact.DESCRIPTIONHow you will make an impact:You will work with project managers, designers, operations teams, and clients to complete label service projects, ensuring all files comply with client requirements.What you will do:Work with LPM, designer, operation, and client to complete label service projectsInspect and approve label proofs and links reports, ensure all files are compliant with client requests, record and feedback all issuesWork with internal and external teams to solve any issues in label service providingAssist with entering data into proprietary softwareTrain new members of the department on work instructions and softwareFollow all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client protocols, and quality criteria in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices in all areas of responsibilityDemonstrate and model the company values (4I's – Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement)Offer process improvements to identify opportunities to improve products, processes and environmentAssist in all pre and post printing processes associated with production jobs as directed by the Team Leader or managerOther duties may be assigned to meet business needsREQUIREMENTSHow you will get here:Education:Bachelor's degree or aboveKnowledge & Skills:Good oral and written English language skillsCareful and attentive work, strong concentrationDemonstrates a basic understanding and ability to troubleshoot and identify solutions to problemsAbility to multi-task to optimize production while maintaining the highest quality standardsGood communication and coordination skills; customer and detail oriented; good anti-pressure abilityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate teamwork when necessary to ensure jobs are completed per established timelinesStrong communication skills to work with internal and external contacts at all levels within the organizationPreferred Experience:Experience in label design review or pharmaceutical industry quality inspection experience; knowledge of GxP requirements is preferredLocation: Suzhou, ChinaReports to: Operation Excellence Manager
