The Lead Account Executive serves as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for assigned clients, acting as the key liaison between client stakeholders and Assurant’s cross-functional support teams. As an individual contributor, this role is responsible for managing a portfolio of MSO client programs, ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term account growth.Working closely with client leaders, the Lead Account Executive develops and executes strategic annual account plans, while coordinating day-to-day activities that strengthen partnerships, maximize program performance, and identify opportunities for expansion. This role proactively aligns internal resources and client objectives, drives issue resolution, and advocates for solutions that deliver measurable value to both clients and Assurant.Success in this position requires strong relationship management, business acumen, and collaboration skills, with a focus on fostering trust, driving results, and contributing to the continued growth and success of key client accounts.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? Client Relationship & Business ManagementServe as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders and executive leaders to drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.Lead strategic account planning by monitoring business performance, identifying growth opportunities, recommending program enhancements, and implementing solutions that optimize revenue, profitability, and operational effectiveness.Conduct regular business reviews, analyze financial and operational metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal leadership.Ensure service delivery commitments are met by proactively addressing issues, managing escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive resolution and continuous improvement.Compliance & Operational GovernancePartner with clients and internal stakeholders to implement business, regulatory, and compliance-related changes, ensuring adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable state and industry regulations.Maintain the integrity of client business arrangements by overseeing accurate implementation and ongoing management of program requirements and operational changes.Contract ManagementManage the full contract lifecycle, including negotiations, renewals, amendments, approvals, and issue resolution, while collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Sales, and executive stakeholders.Ensure contractual terms are effectively administered and aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and client expectationsWhat are the requirements needed for this position?
