About the role
Reporting to the Manager, Training & Development, the Lead Apprenticeship, Training professional leads EVR's Heavy Duty Equipment Technician (HDET) Apprenticeship Program, combining hands-on apprentice instruction with program leadership ensuring the development of Levels 1 through 4 apprentices.
To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to adapt to different learning needs. You will provide clear, constructive feedback while fostering safety, accountability, professionalism, and continuous learning.
