If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply now!What you’ll do Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: The Corporate Controlling Lead serve as a key Finance Business Partner to multiple corporate-side departments within Scout Motors as well as the key analyst on the company’s personnel costs.. This role is responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities for its assigned cost centers and be a key team member in the defining of internal financial processes, systems, and controls. Key Responsibilities Financial Business Partnering Act as the primary finance partner to assigned departments, supporting operational and strategic decision-making. Build strong relationships with Scout Management Board executives and their leadership teams to understand cost drivers, operational plans, and financial risks Provide clear, data-driven insights to improve cost efficiency and budget adherence Coordinate consistent practices across team members with corporate controlling responsibilities. Budgeting & Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting process for assigned cost centers, including target setting and alignment with corporate objectives Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities Partner with department heads to track performance against budget and forecast, proactively addressing variances Month-End Close & Financial Reportin...
