Your Role Responsible for all periodic direct tax compliances, viz. Withholding tax compliances, Advance tax computation and tax provision, Income-tax audit, Income-tax return and Transfer Pricing compliances including local Master FileSupport in preparation and review of transfer pricing documentationReview inter-company transactions to evaluate potential tax impacts on such transactionsPreparation of initial responses during Income-tax and Transfer Pricing assessment and litigation proceedingsOther duties and tasks as may be relevant to fulfil job responsibilitiesThe Experience You Bring3-5 years of relevant experience in the Direct Tax domainStrong knowledge on Direct Taxation laws including International Taxation involving interpretation of Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAA)Advanced MS Office skillsAcademic requirementsChartered Accountant (0-3 years' experience) or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (3-5 years experience)Full Time / Part TimeFull timeWorker TypeEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)YesWorkplace ModelAt Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
