Lead DevOps Platform Engineer**Swift is unable to sponsor an employment authorization for this position now or in the future.What to expectSwift is looking for a Lead DevOps Platform Engineer to spearhead the transformation of our infrastructure and configuration automation capabilities, with a strong focus on Ansible-based automation and orchestration.In this role, you will work in the heart of our central DevOps Tooling Organization and play a pivotal role in delivering secure, scalable, and self-service automation frameworks for infrastructure, platforms, and application teams. You will drive zero-touch provisioning, configuration management, and operational excellence across environments while ensuring strong governance and compliance.As a senior member of the team, you will help define automation standards, shape platform strategy, and act as a trusted advisor to internal customers.
