We are seeking a Lead Electrical Power Systems Engineer to own the design, development, and certification of the Electrical Power Generation and Distribution System (EPGS) for our aircraft. This role is responsible for end-to-end system architecture, supplier integration, and verification from concept through flight test, with a focus in the near term on the demonstrator experimental aircraft. Responsibilities for this role include: Lead the architecture and design of electrical power generation and distribution systems (AC/DC, high-voltage or hybrid architectures) Define system requirements, interfaces, and validation strategies Own certification compliance for Part 25 electrical systems (including Subpart H, EWIS, lightning/HIRF) Lead system integration, ground test, and flight test activities Develop and review technical documentation including specifications, SOWs, and design descriptions Manage supplier selection, oversight, and technical integration Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve test failures Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers What You Bring: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline 10+ of experience in electrical power design for Part 25 aircraft Experience with supplier o...
