If you're passionate about customer-centric innovation and passionate on technology at Grab, come join us and help shape the future of technology!Get to Know the RoleThe Product Manager (Business Applications) will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for rationalising and replacing GTS-managed SaaS applications. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of technology, procurement, and business operations. The PM will partner with GTS teams and business stakeholders to transition Grab off legacy or costly third-party SaaS tools onto superior alternatives: internally built platforms, open-source solutions, or renegotiated vendor contracts.This will report to Head of Business Integration and be based onsite at our Petaling Jaya office. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform1. SaaS Portfolio Discovery and AssessmentMaintain and continuously update a comprehensive inventory of all GTS-owned SaaS tools, including usage data, contract terms, renewal dates, cost, and business criticality.Conduct structured discovery with business owners and users to map tool-to-workflow dependencies and identify redundancies.Assess each tool against a replacement framework covering: cost, capability fit, build-vs-buy feasibility, internal alternatives and strategic alignment.Prioritise the replacement roadmap based on contract renewal windows, cost impact, and migration complexity.2. Replacement Strategy and Solution DesignDefine replacement options for each prioritised tool: internal build (GTS-owned), licensed alternative, open-source, or capability consolidation into an existing platform.Author product briefs for replacement initiatives, including solution design and requirements.Collaborate with engineering to evaluate build feasibility for internal alternatives, scoping MVPs and phased delivery plans.3. Product Delivery and Migration ExecutionOwn the product roadmap for all active Business Applications workstreams.Write clear requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) for any internal build workstreams and manage delivery with engineering teams.Plan and coordinate user migrations: stakeholder communications, training, cutover ti...
