Your Role
•
Translating business objectives into baselined plans with identified milestones, working with functional leads across departments to co-ordinate resources and keep plans up to date.

Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to align direction and delivery milestones.
•
Own execution of assigned projects, ensuring keeping to time, cost and quality requirements and additionally managing scope and other changes through appropriate control measures.
•
Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality and regulatory standards within medical device industry and align with organisational objectives.
•
Lead the projects you own by setting priorities, removing blockers and coaching others to deliver without direct line management authority.
•
Identifying and supporting with potential risks and issues that could impact the project and make risk management a proactive exercise of cross-functional teams.
•
Supporting with the management of project budget, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently by tracking spend against plan and managing POs and invoices.
•
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of organisational project management processes and standards.
•
University Degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related field. Related widely recognized certification in the field of project and/or programme management: IPMA, PMI or comparable certifications.
•
Advanced years of experience in international hardware project management, ideally within the healthcare or optical industry combined with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing healthcare projects, programmes or products, ideally in the field of eye health.
•
Solid understanding of product development lifecycles, from research and concept through design, industrialization, and market introduction. Experience/knowledge in regulated environments is a plus e.g., medical devices (MDR, ISO 13485)
