Lead Specialist, Performance Management

Support performance management initiatives through project leadership and participation, research and analysis, development and delivery, and stakeholder coordination. Identify problems, opportunities, and potential solutions. Research best practices to communicate options for improvement. Perform needs analysis on requests or business opportunities. Partner on solution design. Develop solutions to meet design requirements. Coordinate solution implementation. Lead or partner on the evaluation of solution effectiveness and make appropriate adjustments. Provide Instruction, facilitation, or presentations. Create or support implementation and communication plans. Promote the integration of programs across Performance Management. Create, review, and maintain global program content and materials according to branding standards. Support development and delivery of Global program training to meet the needs of all levels of users and facilitation support. Act as a consultant or liaison to stakeholders. Provide information regarding existing developmental programs and products. Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts. Curate learning paths when requested. Perform skills analysis to identify development opportunities. Assist with development gap identification and recommended solutions. Forecast future development needs to meet business strategies.Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, Human Resource Management, or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a related occupation.Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, Human Resource Management, or related field and 3 years of experience in job offered or in a related occupation.
