We’re looking for someone who is clinically skilled, patient-focused, and excited to be part of a collaborative care team that truly values connection, advocacy, and whole-person care. In this role, you’ll build trusted relationships with patients while partnering closely with providers and teammates to create an exceptional care experience. This position is primarily clinic-based in beautiful Weaverville, with opportunities to support patients in the community through occasional home visits. Responsibilities include rooming patients, assisting with assessments and screenings, administering medications and vaccinations, supporting care coordination, performing diagnostic testing, and helping patients navigate both clinical and community resources.
