Position Summary:Logistics and Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales and commercial operations, including invoicing, export documentation, and logistics coordination. The role ensures compliance with export processes, efficient dispatch planning, and accurate reporting (MIS/BOM) to support smooth and timely order execution. Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for invoicing and documentation of domestic and export salesHandle all export-related formalities and complianceNegotiate with forwarders for export freightPrepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and generate MIS reportsPlan, implement, and oversee logistics operations including transportationEnsure proper packaging of dispatch materialsPrepare sales invoices, e-way bills, and LR copiesManage courier operations and coordination Desired Characteristics:Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field3–6 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or export documentationKnowledge of export procedures and documentationExperience with invoicing, e-way bills, and logistics coordinationGood communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in MS Excel and reporting toolsStrong organizational and multitasking ability What could you accomplish in a place that puts People First?At Wabtec, it’s not just about a job - it’s about the impact you make.
