What You’ll Be Part Of

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be working with the logistics team and other operations team to ensure efficient logistics operations and support.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Manage customs clearance activities

• Coordinate receiving, warehousing, inventory stocking, and shipment execution with freight forwarders and logistics partners.

• Inspect incoming deliveries for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and take appropriate corrective actions.

• Manage inbound product handling and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between demand and supply.

• Coordinate warehouse operations, including inventory storage and product release activities.

• Prepare regular operational and inventory reports monthly.

• Collaborate closely with local sales and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient logistics operations and customer support.

What Makes You A Strong Fit

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Solid understanding of customs clearance procedures and international trade terms (Incoterms).

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics

• Proficiency in English, especially written English is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong and accurate record-keeping

• Coordination skills with the ability to resolve shipment-related issues effectively.
• Hands-on, proactive, and self-motivated working style.
• Flexible, independent, and solution-oriented mindset with strong initiative.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF functions.

• Experience using SAP is preferred.

• This is a temporary position based in our Seoul office.
