The position requires oversight of a large 2-shift CNC operation, staffed with UAW journeypersons using Siemens NX CAD/CAM applications and CNC machining technology What You’ll Do Understand and consistently administer the GM/UAW National and Local UAW Agreements. Develop, coordinate, and track the DCF property plan for all major property builds, concept properties and fabrication requestsDemonstrated ability to manage an exceptionally high workload, while being very innovative and displaying outstanding initiative Supervisory responsibility for a medium group of UAW Skilled Trades machinistsUse technical knowledge of processes and equipment used in CNC Machining and Prototype Model Making to create action plansOversee multiple teams working on a variety of concurrent projectsIn depth knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes and the ability to articulate and positively influence those processesYour Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)​​BBA or equivalent experience10 Years of combined experience with applied CAD/CAM technologiesProficient in NX CAM, Drafting, Team Center and familiarity with NX CADExperience with CNC machine tools and controls, i.e...
