Reporting to the Team Leader, with responsibility for managing the day-to-day service authorisations to repairers and service centres for our customers. We can offer a Hybrid way of working with selected days working from home for the ideal candidateHere’s how you will make a difference in this role… This role will involve extensive liaison with service providers, external accounts payable departments and Maxxia customers, to ensure that all repairs and servicing are carried out in line with maintenance and service principles.At MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: Manage the repair authorisation process with Service & Tyre providersProcess service repairer invoices in line with agreed timeframesAction daily administration tasksEnsure all work conducted is required and in accordance with manufacturers’ service schedule or as requested from our customerLabour and parts are supplied at negotiated prices ensuring ongoing access to discounts and standard repair times are appliedAll work performed under warranty is actively enforced & followed up, ensuring that the customer is not billed for the expenseAnswer email & telephone enquiries from third party suppliersShare knowledge and experience with team to build a solid knowledge base thus ensuring ongoing successTo be considered for this role you will have:Previous experience in a fleet maintenance environment as a Mechanic and/or Service AdvisorA passion for and interest in all types of vehicles Experience in liaising with clients in a telephone-based or face to face environment and is very customer-focusedProven team player, ability working in a high demand, fast-paced environment meeting strict service metrics and delivering a high level of customer satisfactionStrong analytical, problem-solving skills in questioning service providers when requiredExcellent verbal & written communication skillsWhat we can offer you:· &...
