Who we are looking for We are looking for an exceptionally skilled Maintenance Manager to become part of our ambitious team in Commerce City, CO. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who excels in a high-volume manufacturing environment and can effectively develop and improve maintenance strategies. What you will get to do Lead and manage all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs Establish and maintain a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and production disruptions Manage spare parts inventory using Kanban systems Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF, OSHA, and EPA standards Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance during appropriate downtime windows Track and report on key maintenance metrics such as uptime, MTTR, and maintenance costs Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment including ovens, hydraulic presses, water jet tables, and industrial robots Drive continuous improvement throu...
