Our people make us who we are, and we create incredible products and experiences that empower us to THINK OUTSIDE.Job Summary:As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in our industrial facilities.Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in industrial settings.Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, compressed air systems, dock doors, and other ancillary nonproduction equipment.Perform general building maintenance as required such as drywall repair, painting, supply/exhaust fans, etc.Complete tasks as part of a team or on your own.Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions to minimize downtime.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams for accurate installation and repairs.Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.Upgrade and modify electrical systems to meet operational needs and improve efficiency.Ensure that motors and panels are maintained safely.Assist with electrical project installation.Operate a range of equipment, including motor control and switchgear, as well as conveyors and PLCs, safely.Ensure that corporate policies, procedures, and operational safety requirements are followed.Work with low to medium-voltage equipment, control systems, motors, and other industrial machinery.Collaborate with engineers, maintenance staff, and other team members on electrical projects.Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work.Follow strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.Industrial Electrician Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalentJourneyman electrician license or equivalentMinimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical industryAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprintsWorking knowledge of electrical codes and regulationsAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical problemsStrong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skillsPhysical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spacesMotivated self-starter who can manage projects and make decisions.Proficiency in using electrical tools, testing equipment, and hand tools.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.Flexibility to work in shifts and respond to emergency situations.Physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights.Work Environment:Manufacturing environmentExposure to both hot and cold environmentsMust be able to lift up to 40 pounds at timesBase Pay Ran...
