This is an opportunity to apply your technical expertise, lead improvement initiatives, mentor colleagues, and make a meaningful impact on operational excellence.What will you be doing?Support and maintain critical facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, steam, purified water, and clean steam systemsPerform troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment including autoclaves, mixing vessels, fillers, packaging equipment, lyophilizers, and centrifugesDiagnose equipment failures through data analysis and advanced troubleshooting techniques using P&IDs, schematics, PLCs, manuals, and technical documentationPlan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities with production teams to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtimeLead small scale reliability, efficiency, and process improvement projects within a GMP regulated environmentCreate, update, and implement maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance documentationComplete maintenance records and repair logs in accordance with Good Documentation Practices and GMP requirementsSupport manufacturing investigations, nonconformance activities, and technical document preparationProvide technical guidance to manufacturing teams and help develop the skills of operators and fellow techniciansCollaborate with cross functional teams to ensure safe, compliant, and effective execution of maintenance activitiesWhat will you need to be successful?High school diploma required; trade school or vocational training preferredJourneyman License and/or specialized technical training strongly preferredMinimum 10 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical or biotechnology operations, or a minimum of 3 years in a Maintenance Mechanic 3 roleAdvanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and industrial maintenance systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with the ability to analyze complex equipment failuresExperience interpreting equipment manuals, engineering drawings, and P&IDs in EnglishKnowledge of GMP requirements, quality systems, and maintenance documentation practicesExperience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project planning toolsStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamAvailability to support off shift, on call, and emergency maintenance requirements as neededYou.
