Management Accountant

We’re looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis at our Head Office in Wootton, Bedfordshire (MK43 9EJ). This is a fixed-term maternity cover position, and we're seeking a confident, capable professional who can quickly integrate into the team, take ownership of the role, and make an immediate impact. (Due to the location of the office, you must drive and have access to a car)This role combines detailed financial work with business partnering to support growth and performance across the organisation. You will also work closely with the UK/IRE Head of Management Reporting and Finance Director.Key responsibilities:Deliver month-end close: journals, P&L, balance sheet reconciliationsPrepare management packs with analysis and variance commentaryProvide financial insights, highlighting risks and opportunitiesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoringPartner with departments and senior stakeholdersEnsure compliance with statutory requirements and US GAAP reportingAssist with audits, process improvements, and finance projectsWhat we’re looking for:Essential:Part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with relevant experienceStrong Excel and MS Office skills (incl.
