Working under the supervision of the Program Coordinator Senior - Accessible Media, the Management Intern supports the intake, assignment, tracking, quality review, and completion of captioning and transcript requests for instructional media, university-sponsored events, and other educational content.This position serves a critical role in ensuring students with disabilities receive timely access to accessible media accommodations. The Management Intern collaborates with students, faculty, staff, vendors, and student employees to facilitate efficient service delivery while supporting compliance with university accessibility standards and applicable disability laws.Management Intern positions collectively provide operational support for Accessible Media Services, ensuring continuity of operations, timely request processing, and consistent customer service across the university.DAYS AND SCHEDULE: Work location is primarily at the Tempe campus; however, incumbent may be required to travel to off-campus events and other ASU campuses to perform work driving their own vehicle. This is a 20 hour per week position, and may include some nights and weekends, with flexible days and hours based on programming needs. This Internship program is a short term-position of a 12-month experience or less.
