This role is responsible for managing day-to-day team operations, developing and coaching team members, ensuring outstanding client service, and driving operational excellence across the department. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with deep retirement plan knowledge, strong relationship management skills, and a passion for developing people while ensuring clients receive a best-in-class experience. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for delivering 3(16) fiduciary services to retirement plan clients. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while supporting employee growth and development. Ensure exceptional client service by overseeing client relationships, resolving escalated issues, and maintaining high service standards. Monitor team performance, workload distribution, and key performance metrics to ensure organizational goals are achieved.
