We seek individuals who embody our core traits: Scrappy, Curious, Optimistic, Persistent, and Empathetic.Your roleAs a Manager, Accounts Payable and Expense, you’ll own full cycle AP and T&E operations across multiple U.S. and international entities, ensuring timely and accurate payments, strong controls, and continuous process improvements.  You’ll work closely with the Accounting team to support monthly, quarterly and year-end close, annual audit, and AI transformation initiatives.  This is a high-impact role to scale our global AP functions through AI transformation, system improvements and enhanced internal controls. This position reports to our Sr. Accounting Manager and has the opportunity to be based in one of our hubs, including San Ramon, CA. What you’ll do  Manage global AP and T&E operations, including vendor management, invoice processing, payment execution, and employee reimbursements across our U.S. and international entities. Manage our corporate credit card programs. Manage vendor relations, serving as the primary escalation point for internal and external inquiries. Manage month-end AP close process, reconcile discrepancies and provide resolutions, to ensure completeness and accuracy of AP balances across all entities.  Partner with the Accounting team on vendor accruals, and perform flux analysis for assigned accounts at month-end and quarter-end.
