This is a key leadership role where you’ll partner closely with clients, provide strategic and commercial advice, and play an active role in developing and mentoring high‑performing teams.You’ll work across a diverse client portfolio, delivering high‑quality accounting, tax, and advisory services while contributing to the growth and success of both your clients and the wider firm.Key ResponsibilitiesReview work papers and ensure appropriate documentation and evidence is maintainedApply a deep understanding of clients’ industries, business environments, and market positioningTake a long‑term, strategic view of client needs, identifying risks, opportunities, and value‑adding solutionsProvide practical, commercial advice that genuinely enhances clients’ businessesPrepare and review financial statements in accordance with current accounting and legal standardsAnalyse management accounting reports and provide clear, actionable insights to clientsDesign, develop, and analyse financial modelsIdentify, research, and resolve complex accounting and technical issuesReview income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and superannuation fundsDeliver complex tax planning strategies for clientsManage team workflow, delegate effectively, and communicate regularly with PartnersReview and develop the work of junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practicesBuild and maintain strong, trusted client relationshipsAbout you:You’re a confident, commercially minded professional who enjoys leading people and working closely with clients.
