JOB SUMMARY:CorroHealth is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded Manager, Business Intelligence to help drive operational efficiency across our revenue cycle service lines. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis and continuous improvement — you will mine operational and financial data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and quality gaps, then partner with operations, technology, and clinical teams to design and implement solutions that improve throughput, accuracy, and client outcomes.This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys translating data into action: building dashboards and reports, running root-cause analyses, and leading or supporting process redesign initiatives grounded in data.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Note: The essential duties and responsibilities below are intended to describe the general duties and responsibilities of this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties. Analyze operational, production, and quality data across coding, CDI, claims, and/or denials management workflows to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL-based tools) that give leadership visibility into KPIs such as productivity, turnaround time, accuracy rates, and cost-per-unit.Partner with operations leaders to define process improvement goals, translate them into measurable metrics, and track progress over time.Conduct root-cause analysis on process breakdowns, quality issues, and client escalations, and recommend data-supported corrective actions.Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar) to map current-state workflows, identify waste, and design future-state processes.Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, automation/AI teams, and business units to evaluate and support the implementation of technology-driven efficiencies (e.g., workflow automation, AI-...
