This position is responsible for identifying, capturing, analyzing, and organizing data to support strategic and operational objectives. The role ensures adherence to information governance standards and leverages advanced analytics to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform key business decisions. The analyst designs and maintains relational databases, creates dashboards and reports, and implements statistical models to guide decision-making. Collaborating with governance teams, data stewards, and business stakeholders, this position drives improvements in data quality, accessibility, and usability while influencing best practices across the organization. Job Responsibilities: What You’ll Do:Manage and advance the data fabric to organize, integrate, and deliver enterprise data assets.Design, create, and maintain relational databases and data systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.Implement and apply statistical models to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that support decision-making.Contribute to the management of central data stores and metadata, establishing and enforcing quality expectations.Identify opportunities to improve data quality, including automation and procedural enhancements for data entry and validation.Develop and implement techniques for data collection, accuracy, and management, ensuring compliance with governance standards.Accountable for data accessibility, profiling, and reporting of quality issues, driving remediation strategies.Collaborate with data governance, stewards, and business systems to propose and implement solutions for data quality improvement.Recommend analytics opportunities and best practices, influencing enterprise adoption of advanced analytics.Ensure development of solutions that enable actionable insights, supporting strategic and operational decision-making. What We’re Looking For: Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred.Typically requires 7+ years of relevant professional experience advancing data programs, including quality management, integration pipelines, and cloud data warehousing for scalable analytics.Critica...
