The successful candidate will be a strong people leader who can build high-performing teams, identify opportunities for improvement, and partner across the organization to implement sustainable solutions.

Provide employees with the direction and resources needed to successfully execute their responsibilities.

Build strong partnerships with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Security, HR, and other site functions.

Effectively communicate priorities, risks, performance, and improvement opportunities to site leadership.

Influence across organizational levels to drive alignment and sustainable change.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

Evaluate existing EHS and DEA Compliance processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, standardization, and accountability.

Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives that simplify processes while maintaining strong regulatory controls.

Establish meaningful metrics and use data and trends to identify risks, prioritize resources, and measure performance.

Ensure corrective and preventive actions address root causes and result in sustainable improvements.

Ensure programs comply with applicable corporate, federal, state, and local requirements.

Maintain organizational readiness for regulatory inspections, audits, and assessments.
