This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement. The Position This hands-on BSI Manager of Technical Projects (MTP) position will reside within the Firms Business Solutions & Innovations Department (BSI) and will lead multiple project lifecycles and deliverables for the Firms most strategic and innovative business services initiatives. The MTP is expected to directly oversee and support day-to-day departmental operations involving the firm's financial system (LMS/Rippe) and provide direct oversight and support to BSI Staff.   Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the planning, management, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders and will be instrumental in driving project success.   Interpret and document detailed business requirements, lead thorough business process discovery, formulate, and manage project plans, utilize data to make informed decisions, develop testing plans, lead quality assurance testing, and assist with the creation of training materials.  Lead requirements’ gathering sessions, collaborate with internal and external IT resources for application development needs, develop detailed user stories, manage projects with JIRA software, as their central application for all team and task management. Collaborate with the firm's internal Revenue and Finance departments' leadership on all BSI cross-functional projects involving LMS/Rippe, Data Analytics & reporting, Aderant, Power BI, third party vendors, new software Integrations, and other initiatives.
