Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Lead Resilience Governance & Strategic ImplementationLead the Resilience governance program and support the organization's ability to respond to disasters and interruptions in an appropriate mannerSupport the implementation of common resiliency and recovery taxonomies and policiesWork with critical stakeholders to inform them of the Resilience framework and its importance across the enterpriseSupport Crisis Response & Recovery OperationsSupport response and recovery activities during times of crisis, disasters, and/or other emergenciesEnsure recovery procedures are effective for the restoration of key corporate resources and resumption of critical business processesSupport the enterprise-wide Crisis Management process and integrate escalation and response protocols into the Resiliency functionWork collaboratively with and provide guidance to business units to ensure recovery solutions are appropriately implemented and supportedDrive Risk Analysis & Recovery Strategy DevelopmentPerform risk analysis for critical business processes and applications to identify points of vulnerability, and recommend disaster avoidance and reduction strategiesLeverage Resilience analysis output to design new recovery strategies and refresh existing strategies for maintenance and resumption of operations to meet business requirementsDocument strategic information captured through analysis within standardized business recovery plan templates to support execution of strategies and continuation/recovery of business activitiesCollaborate Across Risk, Compliance & Third-Party FunctionsWork closely with Compliance to ensure successful execution of Resilience policy across Physical Security, EHS, or BCDRWork with other teams within Risk and Compliance to drive efficiencies and risk mitigation capabilities across the organizationPartner with Third-Party Risk to identify critical third-party vendors (leveraging BIA output) and co-develop recovery strategies with vendors to support continuity of servicesAbout You:Experience supporting resilience functions such as Physical Security, Health & Safety, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Corporate Crisis ManagementAbility to support the implementation of a global, enterprise-level, and sustainable resilience framework in collaboration with diverse business stakeholdersExperience validating that technology solutions meet business needsSkilled in performing risk management analysis and developing business continuity, contingency, and disaster recovery plans aligned with organizational policyStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across business units, Compliance, and Third-Party Risk teamsAbility to communicate complex resilience and risk concepts clearly to diverse audiencesVersatile, innovative, and solutions-oriented approach to risk management#LI-SP1What’s in it For You?Hybrid Work Model: We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environ...
