Serve as the central owner within the procurement and logistics organization for pipeline program management, spend and savings alignment, and reporting integrity. Drive cross-functional accountability, strengthen data accuracy and trust, and proactively identify risks, leakage, and process gaps while establishing scalable, sustainable processes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Finance Partnership & Reporting IntegrityAct as the primary procurement contact for financeReconcile system-generated reports with finance reporting and procurement expectations Serve as go-to resource for procurement spend and savings reportingIdentify and resolve data discrepancies and reporting gapsMonitor and minimize price leakagePipeline Program ManagementOwn savings pipeline as a cross-functional programDrive timely updates across procurement, finance, and engineeringEnforce deadlines and ensure stakeholder accountabilityEnsure sufficient project-level detail to support auditability, accuracy, and transparencyReduce manual burden on Commodity Managers through additional automation Governance & Leadership VisibilityLead regular pipeline and savings review cadencesProvide clear visibility into performance, risks, and gapsBridge current vs prior forecasts to explain key variancesConsolidate and communicate risks and opportunities to leadershipSupport leadership inquiries with clear, data-backed insightsIssue Identification & Risk MitigationProactively identify data inconsistencies, process gaps, and reporting risksTroubleshoot cross-functional issues across procurement and financeAddress root causes impacting accuracy, timing, and alignmentStrengthen leadership confidence in savings and spend reportingProcess Improvement & AutomationReduce reliance on manual reporting, drive adoptions of automated solutions Improve pipeline detail and structure ...
