We are looking for an insurance professional with strong product, governance, and regulatory experience, who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable owning complex initiatives end to end. The ideal candidate is an effective cross-functional collaborator and communicator, able to balance commercial needs with robust risk management and regulatory compliance. Candidates with stronger experience and credentials may be considered for appointment at the Manager level.Position Responsibilities: Responsible for delivery of product / regulatory related projects and enhancements by partnering closely with cross-functional teams.Managing end-to-end initiatives including development of both new and enhancement to existing portfolio/system.  Deliver training and briefing if necessary.Lead the assessment of corporate actions by overseeing policyowner impact analysis and ensure the timely issuance and publication of regulatory-required notices, with strong governance and full compliance across all designated communication channels.Responsible for the timely preparation and publication of fund performance materials/ information across all required platforms, ensuring transparency and effective communication for customers and the sales force.Perform the quarterly risk rating review to ensure accurate and market consistent information regarding the risk profile of funds available under the ILAS platform.Respond to periodic KYC, due diligence, and AML requests from fund houses, ensuring robust governance and full adherence to regulatory requirementsRequired Qualifications:University degree with 5–8 years of progressive insurance experience and a strong track record in project delivery and execution.Relevant experience in managing ILAS and the underlying investment options, experience in communicating with the regulators an added advantage.Familiar with the underwriting guidelines for Class C business (GL15) and the Code of ILAS.Good project management skills and solid presentation skills.Strong interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills to lead the teamwork.Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word and Excel.Strong command of English and Chinese, especially reading and writing.When you join our team:We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.About Manulife and John HancockManulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
