This role owns the success of both the product and the team behind it — balancing hands-on technical leadership with the day-to-day realities of managing, coaching, and growing a high-performing engineering team. You'll partner closely with Product to keep priorities aligned, drive quality practices across the team, and stay active in the codebase so you can lead by example, not just by title.
