Strong organizational skills, creative thinking, and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects, together with excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and works well independently and as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing and driving the preparation of proposals. Coordinate input and gather insights from multiple sources, including pricing, legal professionals, legal project management, and competitive intelligence. Develop and manage relationships and work collaboratively with business development peers in practice areas, sectors and client teams. Provide project management support and information resources in order that strategic and panel responses are completed in an efficient, consistent and professional manner. Write, edit, and manage up-to-date practice and experience descriptions and copy. Support the auditing of existing materials to evaluate strategy and create new copy and approaches as appropriate. Update and maintain the opportunities module tracking system and assist in the creation of leadership reports. Direct coordination with partners and key stakeholders of the firm. Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues on a global level for inter-region and panel opportunities. Prepare placemats and client presentations, as requested. Other duties Please note this job description does not cover or contain all activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the colleague for this job.
