To learn more about fairlife and its complete line of products, please visit fairlife.com.job purpose:   The Manager, Small Store Commercial is responsible for driving channel and customer commercial strategy across Convenience Retail, Drug, and Value channels. This role connects consumer, category, channel, and customer insights to develop and execute growth strategies that accelerate distribution, velocity, and profitable sales.  This individual serves as a key integrator across Sales, Brand, Shopper Marketing, Insights, and Supply Chain, ensuring channel strategies translate into clear customer actions and in-market execution.    responsibilities:   Lead execution of key commercial programs, translating brand strategy into actionable plans across channels and customers  Design and implement retail programs and tactics, including promotions, displays, and activation strategies  Own merchandising strategy and execution, developing standards and toolkits to elevate in-store presence  Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Shopper Marketing, Sales, and Franchise teams to ensure aligned, integrated execution  Develop selling materials and executional guidance (e.g., playbooks, insights, tools) to support Sales & Franchise partners  Influence customer and category decisions by shaping shelving, merchandising, and in-store activation strategies  Track and evaluate program and merchandising performance, leveraging insights to continuously improve results    skills/qualifications required:   4-7+ years of experience in Commercial, Sales, Category Management, or Marketing within CPG or related industries  Strong understanding of retail fundamentals, including merchandising, shelving, and promotion  Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver results in-market  Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills  Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform decisions  Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills    how fairlife nourishes you:  At fairlife, we believe in better — and that includes how we support our people.
