Define and execute the roadmap for AI/ML projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product strategy. Architect and oversee the development of scalable, robust, and production-grade AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Drive best practices for the full machine learning lifecycle, including MLOps, CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, and governance. Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI/ML, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI, to identify and implement new opportunities. Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality AI solutions. Required Qualifications Strong understanding or experience leading AI/ML teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment. Deep expertise in time series forecasting and machine learning. Experience architecting and deploying scalable, production-grade AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Solid understanding of MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and cloud-native architectures. Deep knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and conversational AI patterns. Experience with agentic frameworks and autonomous agent architectures. Proficiency in Python and modern software development practices (testing, code review, CI/CD). Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time with high quality. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Track record of delivering impactful AI solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
