If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply now!What you’ll do Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Engineers in the Technical Office of Engineering (TOE) responsible for all R&D functions in the Production Center in Blythewood  Hire and onboard new team members as needed to meet program and organizational growth.  Foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.  Ensure proper workload balance, resource planning, and team development.   Technical Office – Task and Function  Industrialization of New Models  Adapting the design to production conditions (“Design for Manufacturing”)  Product- Adaptations to optimize manufacturing processes and workflows  Coordination with MSTs and the Production Center (P, QA)  Engineering Change Management  Secure integrated issues management and communication  Technical evaluation of the production impact of design changes  Coordinating implementation in the plant (timing, trail builds)  Ensuring changes are cleanly integrated into the production line (build documentation)  Quality Assurance and Problem Solving  Be part of Root cause analysis (e.g., fit, tolerances, material defects)  Ensure collaboration with quality, suppliers, and development  Introducing technical ...
