Leading a multi-functional go-to-market engine in EMEA, you will establish LogicGate as the premier enterprise AI GRC platform in Europe. This position is a pivotal role centered on scaling our international ARR, expanding market share, and cultivating a high-performing regional team grounded in our core values and aligned to company strategy. What You'll Do Drive Regional Revenue Growth: Take full ownership of the EMEA P&L, leading cross-functional GTM teams to aggressively grow our international ARR through net-new enterprise customer acquisition and strategic account expansion. Architect International Expansion: Define and execute the strategic blueprint for geographic scale across the UK and Europe, navigating regional market complexities, localized buyer dynamics, and compliance landscapes. Develop and Maintain Strategic Alliances: Partner with global system integrators, advisory firms, and regional channel partners (such as PwC, KPMG, and Crowe) to co-develop robust source-and-influence pipelines that accelerate enterprise market penetration. Cultivate a High-Performance Culture: Act as a critical People Leader to hire, develop, and retain a world-class regional team; championing individual growth through structured feedback, goal alignment in Lattice, and active mentorship aligned to our career journey and competency frameworks. Optimize Customer Success & Retention: Oversee regional customer success functions to deliver exceptional post-sale value, maximize platform adoption, and rigorously mitigate churn within the EMEA customer base.
