Position Overview Brilla Schools seeks a mission-driven, results-oriented leader to serve as Managing Director of Enrollment for the Brilla Schools Network in the Bronx. The Managing Director of Enrollment will own and execute the network-wide recruitment, enrollment and retention strategy across elementary and middle school portfolios, ensuring Brilla meets ambitious growth, retention, and compliance goals while delivering an exceptional, family-centered enrollment experience. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven leader with deep marketing and enrollment operations experience who can both set vision and build durable systems, while coaching and developing a high-performing team. The Managing Director of Enrollment reports to the Chief of Staff and partners closely with school leaders, operations, data, marketing, and external vendorsThis role owns a department or function across the network, including strategy, systems, and performance outcomes. The Managing Director of Enrollment designs and implements processes that drive quality, equity, and consistency, manages Managers and/or team leads, and uses data and stakeholder feedback to improve results. This leader ensures strong execution while building sustainable systems for growth. The Managing Director of Enrollment provides strategic leadership, systems ownership, and people management for all enrollment and retention efforts across the Brilla Schools Network. This role ensures enrollment operations are compliant, efficient, data-informed, and family-centered, while driving consistent practices and strong results across campuses.
