Ready to shape the future of mobility with us?YOUR ROLEAs a Manufacturing Engineer for New Products on our team, you will be Lead and coordinate new product launches from prototype builds through full-volume production, attending product development team meetings and Coordinate industrialization, process development, and validation activities for new programs providing technical support in the engineering department.In your daily job you will:Attend product development team meetings and provide technical manufacturing support. Lead and coordinate new product launches from prototype builds through full-volume production. Serve as the technical focal point during new product implementation and manufacturing readiness activities. Develop and execute NPI project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful product launches. Support process validation activities for new PCB assemblies and electronic product samples. Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs, improve efficiency, and optimize product designs for manufacturability. Coordinate industrialization, process development, and validation activities for new programs. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project status updates for management review. Actively participate in operational and quality meetings, including KPI reviews, MRVA, operations reviews, customer escalations, and management meetings. Collaborate with project teams to resolve manufacturing issues and implement necessary corrective actions for production builds. Support new product launches, product transfers, and capacity expansion projects. Lead the implementation, validation, and documentation of electronic and mechanical engineering changes (ECN). Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and manufacturing best practices. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and Program Management. Monitor launch performance metrics and drive actions to achieve production readiness targets.Conduct root cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, PFMEA, and corrective action processes. YOUR BACKGROUNDKey skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:Completed bachelor's degreeAdvanced English communication skills (spoken and written). Minimum 3 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within the electronics manufacturing industry. Experience in the automotive industry is desirable.
