Marine Personnel Travel Operator

Thenamaris (Ships Management) Inc. manages Tanker vessels, Thenamaris ConBulk Inc. manages bulk carriers and containerships, while Thenamaris LNG Inc. manages LNG and LPG carriers. The Marine Personnel Travel Operator is responsible for the end‑to‑end planning, coordination, and monitoring of all travel and accommodation arrangements for company personnel attending Thenamaris‑managed vessels, as well as for the global mobilization of seafarers. The role ensures full compliance with immigration, visa, and health requirements while providing 24/7 support to travelers in transit and resolving last‑minute challenges with professionalism and care.This position requires close collaboration with Technical and Safety & Quality Superintendents, Marine Personnel Operators, travel partners, and port agents to deliver cost‑effective, timely, and compliant personnel mobilizations.
