THE ROLE

Tavus is hiring a founding marketer to lead brand, product marketing, and category development.

This role sits outside a traditional marketing structure and reports directly to the founder. The successful candidate will own narrative development, content creation, and distribution end-to-end.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Developing and maintaining core company and product narratives

- Translating technical concepts into clear, externally facing messaging

- Creating high-quality content across formats (written, video, demos, launches)

- Supporting frequent product launches (weekly cadence) with structured messaging and assets

- Owning and evolving brand positioning across website, product, and external channels

- Driving distribution through organic, social, and PR channels

- Contributing to category definition in an emerging market

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The role is open to candidates across a range of seniority (typically 4+ years’ experience), with a focus on demonstrated execution capability.

NARRATIVE / CREATIVE FOCUS

- Strong ability to develop clear, compelling messaging from complex inputs

- High attention to detail across writing, visual output, and overall brand

- Experience producing product-facing content (e.g. demos, websites, launch materials)

DISTRIBUTION / GROWTH FOCUS

- Experience driving reach through content, launches, and media

- Strong understanding of channels, timing, and amplification strategies
