Role overview:

Our Marketing team drives our brand presence across target markets. From customer engagements to integrated campaigns, they champion Flagright’s story, drive pipeline acceleration, and help customers discover our value through strategic, impactful programs.

We are hiring a Marketing Associate to support the operating system behind Flagright’s global marketing engine. You will work directly with the Head of Marketing and the broader GTM team to help campaigns, events, data workflows, and marketing logistics run smoothly. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys structure, detail, and fast-moving environments.

You will support campaign setup, tracking links, lead list management, CRM hygiene, event preparation, vendor coordination, shipment logistics, and post-event follow-up workflows. Over time, you will help document repeatable processes and improve how the marketing team operates at scale.

This role is suited for someone who wants practical exposure to B2B SaaS marketing, global GTM execution, events, and marketing operations inside a lean, high-ownership team.
